Oaks of Rosenberg

Oaks of Rosenberg is a small community on Bryan and Spacek Road developed by Perry Development for Perry Homes.  It has good access to the freeway US 59 and great shopping at Brazos Town Center which is nearby.  The community got started about 2006 and building was completed in 2013 with more than 200 homes.  Homes generally range in value from $150,000 to $300,000. Oaks of Rosenberg has a swimming pool, walking trails and children's park. 

Lamar Consolidated ISD has Thomas Elementary School, Navarro Middle School, George Junior High School and Terry High School.
