There are several sister communities with Falcon names, frequently known as Falcon Point or Falcon Ranch. They were developed between 1997 and 2008, and named Falcon Point, Falcon Landing, Falcon Rock and Falcon Ranch. This was one of the first areas developed west of the Grand Parkway 99. Falcon Ranch is a  master planned ommunity with about 848 homes on 265 acres that were built from 2001 to 2008. Falcon Ranch is located off Westheimer Parkway just west of the Grand Parkway with Falcon Landing Blvd. down the center of it and Red Bluff Trail on the north.
It has a recreation center, community pool, tennis courts, and a playground. Home values range from $137,000 to $343,00 with an average of $218,000 and 2932 sq.ft.  Katy Ind. School Dist. serves Falcon Ranch with Rylander Elementary School located on Westheimer Parkway near Flacon Landing Blvd, and Cinco Ranch Junior High School and Cinco Ranch High School.

Falcon Landingis on either side of Bay Hill Blvd west from 99 to the golf course. Falcon Landing has about 629 homes that were built between 1997 and 2003. Their price range is between $133,000 and $285,000 with an average of $184,000 and 2401 sq.ft.
Falcon Landing has a recreational center, play ground, swimming pool, volleyball court and soccer fields. Falcon Landing is gated with automatic gates.  Katy Ind. School Dist serves Falcon Landing with the same schools as Falcon Point.

Golf 

The Club at Falcon Point has an 18-hole golf course on Falcon Point Drive and also features tennis, swimming, dining and fitness center in addition to golf.
