Cinco Ranch North Lake Village, Chesterfield and Cornerstone homes for sale

Most of the homes around and through the golf course are in Cinco Ranch North Lake Village which lies between Mason, Westheimer Parkway and Peek Road. Directly to the north and bordering the course are Cornerstone and Chesterfield.
Cinco Ranch North Lake Village (Map) has about 600 homes built from 1993 to 2000 with a range of values of $195,000 to $335,000 and an average of 3398 sq.ft. There are beautiful tree lined streets with mature landscaping. Chesterfield homes were built between 1982 and 1988 and average $280,000. Chesterfield has a recrecreational center and the community borders the golf course.
Cornerstone Place (Map) community is located beside Chesterfield on Highland Manor and borderes the golf club. Values range from $145,000 to $215,000 with an average of $177,000 and average 2469 sq.ft. These homes were built between 1983 and 1998.
