Shopping

Yes you are near the western edge of Houston, but there is plenty of shopping close by. There is a large shopping center at the Grand Parkway 99 and US 59 with an HEB supermarket. There is a Kroger supermarket near alt US 90 and 99 just south of FM 1464. This area of Telfair is developing into many shops and restaurants. Another large shopping center with a Kroger supermarket is located at US 59 and FM 762 in the edge of Rosenberg. A Kroger supermarket is located where Westhiemer joins the Westpark tollway and FM 1464. Numerous shops and restaurants are to be found along State Highway 6 First Colony Mall has a huge complex of shops and restaurants on US 59 between Sweetwater and SH 6. Additonally there are numerous shops and restaurants outside of the mall near the new "downtown" Sugar Land.
